Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, culturally aware, and proactive Influencer Executive to support the growth of Fresha’s global ambassador programme and influencer initiatives.
This role will play a key part in supporting the expansion of our global ambassador programme, while also helping to manage and grow our UK influencer programme across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and creator communities.
Reporting into and supported by the Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll help identify exciting creators and ambassadors, coordinate campaigns and partnerships, manage communications and logistics, and support the delivery of creator-led brand activity across social platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their influencer marketing career who is passionate about social media, creator culture, beauty & wellness trends, and building meaningful brand partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution and growth of Fresha’s global ambassador programme.
- Coordinate ambassador and influencer outreach, managing communications, and maintaining relationships with creators and ambassadors.
- Identify, research, and recommend relevant creators, influencers, ambassadors, and industry talent aligned with Fresha’s brand and audience.
- Assist with onboarding new ambassadors and influencers, ensuring a smooth and engaging creator experience.
- Manage influencer campaign timelines, content deliverables, and approvals across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Support the execution of Global Ambassador and UK influencer programmes from briefing through to launch, content delivery, and reporting.
- Source and monitor emerging creators, viral trends, platform updates, and culturally relevant opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms, using tools such as Sprout and Modash.
- Review influencer and ambassador content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Track campaign and creator performance, pulling insights and reporting on KPIs including engagement, reach, content performance, and conversions.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, campaign trackers, reporting documents, and content calendars.
- Work closely with social, brand, partnerships, events, and growth teams to support integrated creator-led campaigns.
- Monitor competitor influencer activity and keep up to date with trends across beauty, wellness, creator marketing, and social media
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to influencer/ambassador partnerships, including invoices, contracts and creator documentation where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or talent management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator culture.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and digital culture.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Experience using Google Sheets/documents and social or influencer tools/platforms is a plus.
- Curious and excited about emerging technologies - including AI tools that support content creation, creator discovery, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
