- Consultative selling: Run discovery conversations and tailor product demos to show value against partner objectives.
- Sales cycle ownership: Manage the full process from first call to close, ensuring a smooth handover into onboarding.
- CRM discipline: Log and track all lead interactions, ensuring accurate data for forecasting.
- Partner collaboration: Work with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless new partner experience.
- Feedback loop: Provide structured feedback on inbound lead quality and trends to Sales leadership.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales with a track record of closing new business.
- Language skills: Fluent in French and English.
- Industry background: SaaS, online marketplaces or payments is highly desirable.
- Sales DNA: Strong consultative skills, able to listen, qualify and close.
- Organised & efficient: Can prioritise, manage pipeline and work at pace.
- Curious & driven: Always looking to improve and grow.
- Bonus points if you have: Experience in the beauty & wellness industry.
