Role Overview
Fresha is seeking a visionary and inspiring Head of Brand and Content Marketing to define and lead our global communications, content, and influencer programs. Reporting directly into the CEO, this role is responsible for shaping how the company tells its story across every channel, from PR and content to events and social.
The ideal candidate is a senior leader with a proven track record in communications, digital PR, influencer marketing, and content leadership. They will combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring Fresha’s brand presence is consistent, credible, and impactful worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to own the comms and content agenda at a global scale, working directly with the CEO and collaborating across C-suite, product, marketing and commercial.
Collaboration is at the heart of our success. This role is embedded in our in-person culture and requires working from our London office five days a week.
What you'll be doing
- Communications Leadership: Own Fresha’s communications strategy, including corporate comms, executive visibility, media engagement, and general response.
- Content Strategy & Production: Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy across corporate blog, landing pages, newsletters, and social media. Drive consistent, high-volume, high-quality output that aligns with Fresha’s values and business priorities.
- Digital PR & Media: Manage PR agencies to deliver measurable media coverage and digital backlinks that strengthen Fresha’s reputation and SEO authority.
- Influencer & Ambassador Programs: Design and scale global influencer and ambassador initiatives that amplify Fresha’s reach and credibility.
- Event Marketing & Thought Leadership: Lead communications for conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities. Shape messaging that positions Fresha as the category leader in beauty and wellness tech.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor a junior but ambitious team, elevating their skills while building a culture of creativity and accountability.
What we're looking for:
- Leadership experience in brand, communications, PR, or content leadership, within tech or SaaS.
- Proven success leading corporate comms, media relations, and crisis comms at a senior level, including C-suite exposure.
- Content leadership expertise, with a track record of building and scaling multi-channel content strategies.
- Digital PR & Media: Strong ability to generate media coverage and digital visibility that drives measurable outcomes.
- Influencer marketing experience: Built and managed influencer/ambassador programs at scale.
- Executive presence: Confident working directly with the CEO and influencing senior leaders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- Creative mindset: Brings bold, innovative ideas and the ability to execute within resource constraints.
