About the Company

Finku is a personal finance application helping Indonesian consumers manage their finances better through financial tools. Our mission is to eliminate financial illiteracy in Indonesia, so that all Indonesian can leverage the existing financial ecosystem and make better financial decisions.

Job Description

  1. Lead the end-to-end execution of B2B and internal projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, presentations, execution trackers, and post-project reports.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
  5. Manage stakeholder communications, provide regular project updates, and align expectations across teams.
  6. Support project scoping, proposal development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Role Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or related roles.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
  6. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
