Job Description
- Lead and manage the Business team, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving new initiatives.
- Maintain & run existing strategic partnerships, improving existing SOPs and achieving agreed targets
- Grow Finku’s business through strategic partnerships, promoting Finku’s app and services.
- Design and execute growth experiments to test new ideas, channels, or business models that improve monetization, user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Tech) to align experiments and partnerships with company goals.
- Support founders to grow our north star metrics through strategic projects, including investor relations, research, and operational improvements
- Track and analyze performance data to evaluate outcomes, learnings, and opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.
- 4–7 years of experience in business operations, partnerships, or growth strategy, ideally in startup, fintech, or tech-driven companies.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, with measurable impact.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to explore new growth levers.
- Excellent stakeholder and team management, able to lead while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Analytical and creative mindset; comfortable experimenting and iterating quickly.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
