About The Role :

As a General Affairs Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting office setup and relocation activities. This position is highly operational and field-oriented, with a strong focus on coordinating office layout preparation, vendor supervision, and relocation-related tasks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of office reinstatement and layout implementation, while major decisions remain with senior management.

This role is ideal for a candidate with an educational background in architecture or civil engineering who is interested in gaining practical exposure to office development and facilities operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the preparation and execution of new office layout planning, including layout checking and coordination during setup.
  • Be actively involved in office relocation and reinstatement activities, ensuring readiness according to plan and timeline.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for vendors and contractors (technical and operational), accompanying them during daily activities.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding progress, issues, and requirements, while escalating decisions to designated approvers.
  • Conduct routine site checks and layout inspections to ensure work aligns with agreed drawings and standards.
  • Support General Affairs administrative and operational tasks as needed during the transition period.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Final-year university student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Understanding of architectural, civil, or building-related concepts (layout, measurements, site coordination).
  • Comfortable working on-site and moving between office locations.
  • Able to communicate in English at a conversational level.
  • Experience in organizational activities or project committees (campus or external).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
