About The Role:

  • As a People Development Intern, you will support key HR processes that shape how our people grow and perform within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes while also collaborating closely with various stakeholders. You will gain hands-on exposure to people development initiatives, performance management cycles, and organizational structure management.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain and update employee movement data and organizational structure in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Support the execution of People Development programs, including coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the end-to-end performance review process, including data preparation, tracking, and administrative support.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across all people-related processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Highly detail-oriented, meticulous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous internship experience (HR-related experience is a plus).
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
