About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Reporting Associate to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting processes, supporting ongoing system improvement initiatives, and contributing to the efficiency of month-end close activities and audit preparations. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and manage daily, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data through transaction-level reviews and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the Finance Operations and Product Operations teams to meet reporting deadlines.
- Support ongoing finance reconciliation system improvement projects, including user testing and feedback.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements in compliance with PSAK and Group reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance closing timelines, streamline financial processes, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support the financial audit process by compiling required documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
- Contribute to the drafting, implementation, and maintenance of finance-related policies and procedures.
- Perform other finance-related tasks and responsibilities as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting; experience at a public accounting firm is a plus.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis; familiarity with accounting ERP systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability in handling confidential financial information.
