We are looking for a Sales Agent to serve the Italian-speaking market, working directly in the Evaneos Request Manager, fully in Italian. The role is based on site in Cusco (preferred) or Arequipa.

You will guide Italian travelers from their first question to a confirmed tailor-made trip, with clear service standards and a team that supports you on the ground. A role for someone who loves selling meaningful journeys.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

• Get in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform

• Understand each traveler's expectations and specific needs through a phone or video call, aiming to speak with at least 70% of them

• Provide guidance on destinations, cultures and traditions across Peru and Bolivia

• Design customized itineraries and send a tailor-made proposal within 3 days

• Follow up on every proposal until the traveler makes a decision, hand over the complete file to the operations team, and reconnect with travelers after their trip to collect feedback and build loyalty

🌱 Responsible tourism

• Promote sustainable travel practices in every proposal, helping travelers make conscious choices

• Raise travelers' awareness of their local impact, sharing practical advice to travel respectfully

• Highlight the agency's community-based experiences and its sustainability commitment so travelers can choose responsible options

📊 Administrative & financial tasks

• Report regularly on your sales activity to the agency's management to track results

• Record every call, note, follow-up and budget in the Evaneos Request Manager on the same day

• Occasionally support Italian B2B partners such as tour operators with quotes
