🇫🇷 This is a VIE mission offer (Volontariat International en Entreprise) This position is open exclusively to French citizens aged 18 to 28. A VIE is a professional assignment abroad carried out on behalf of a French company, managed through Business France. It is a fixed-term, full-time commitment in an international setting — a unique opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience while living and working abroad. To apply, candidates must be eligible for the VIE program and registered on the Business France / Mon VIE-VIA platform.

🌍 About the position

We are looking for a Travel Designer for the German-speaking (DACH) and French markets to join the agency's travel design team on-site in Oslo, on a 12-month full-time VIE mission starting in January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for travelers who discover the agency through Evaneos. You will listen to their wishes, advise them on the destination and turn their ideas into personalised itineraries. You will then stay by their side during the trip and help build lasting relationships with them.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

• Respond to travel requests received through the Evaneos platform and build a warm first connection with each traveler.

• Explore travelers' expectations, pace and specific needs to understand what will make their trip memorable.

• Share your knowledge of the destination, its culture and traditions to guide travelers toward the right choices.

• Design customised itineraries that reflect each traveler's profile and wishes.

🌟 Trip delivery & customer care

• Match each request with the most suitable local partners so every itinerary runs smoothly on the ground.

• Help select eco-conscious suppliers, in line with the agency's commitment to responsible travel.

• Act as the travelers' main contact during their trip, ready to answer questions and handle the unexpected.

• Collect feedback after each journey and use it to strengthen loyalty and keep improving the experience.

💰 Contract conditions

• 📅 Type of contract: VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) — 12 months
