As Sales Agent for the German-speaking market (DACH), you will look after travellers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the moment their trip is confirmed until they are back home. Ideally based in Scotland — or in Germany, working from the agency's office in Rosenheim — you will work in a hybrid set-up, full-time, combining operations, customer care, responsible tourism and the commercial follow-up of your files.

It is a role for someone who likes owning the details and seeing travellers come home with stories they will tell for years.

💼 Your main missions

💼 Operations & practical management

  • Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides and transport providers so each itinerary runs seamlessly on the ground.

  • Match travellers' requests with the most suitable local partners across Scotland.

  • Prepare, check and validate quotes, making sure pricing and content are accurate.

  • Handle traveller invoicing and follow up on payments.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking travellers while they are on the road.

  • Monitor service quality with suppliers and flag anything that needs improving.

  • Manage complaints, cancellations or unexpected issues calmly and quickly.

  • Gather feedback after each trip to strengthen loyalty and refine future programmes.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable practices in every itinerary you build and operate.

  • Give priority to eco-conscious suppliers and local partners.

  • Help travellers understand how to travel respectfully and support local communities.

📊 Administrative & financial tasks

  • Track the profitability of your files and keep margins healthy.

  • Report on sales activity and results to management.

  • Help manage supplier contracts and keep conditions up to date.
