๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท This is a VIE mission offer (Volontariat International en Entreprise) This position is open exclusively to French citizens under 28 years old, eligible for the VIE program. A VIE is a professional assignment abroad carried out on behalf of a French company, managed through Business France. It is a fixed-term, full-time commitment in an international setting. To apply, candidates must be eligible for the VIE program and registered on the Business France / Mon VIE-VIA platform.

๐ŸŒ About the position

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Agent for a hybrid role. The first month is fully dedicated to operations โ€” processing bookings, preparing travel documents, and checking/negotiating supplier rates โ€” to build a solid understanding of the systems before gradually moving into sales. The team is currently transitioning to a new booking system, expected between October and November, so adaptability will be key.

๐Ÿ’ผ Your main missions

๐Ÿ“‹ Operations & practical management (primary focus in month 1)

  • Process bookings handed over by the sales team and prepare the related travel documents.

  • Check supplier rates and negotiate pricing when discrepancies arise (e.g. against public platform rates).

  • Handle invoicing and billing in line with agency procedures.

  • Coordinate bookings with local providers and manage all operational details of each trip.

โœˆ Sales & customer support

  • Handle traveler requests coming through the Evaneos platform and provide attentive, personalized responses.

  • Understand each traveler's expectations, travel style, and specific needs to craft proposals that truly fit.

  • Advise on destinations, cultural context, local experiences, and activities across Norway and the Nordic region.

  • Guide travelers through the full booking journey, from first contact to final confirmation.

  • Design tailor-made itineraries that match traveler expectations and budgets, combining accommodation, transport, activities, and insurance.

๐ŸŒŸ Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the local point of contact for travelers throughout their journey, ensuring they feel supported at every stage.

  • Monitor trip quality in real time and proactively address any issues that arise.

  • Handle unexpected situations โ€” delays, complaints, cancellations, refunds โ€” with empathy and professionalism.

๐ŸŒฑ Responsible tourism

  • Promote ethical and sustainable travel practices in every experience you design.

  • Recommend local partners and activities aligned with environmental and community responsibility.

  • Help travelers understand and respect the cultural and natural environments they visit.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Contract conditions

  • Type of contract: VIE โ€“ 12 months

  • Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

  • Work mode: Full on-site, with the option of 1 remote day/week after a 3-month period

  • Start date: October 2026 (to be confirmed โ€” too early in September due to VIE administrative process)

  • Compensation: ~โ‚ฌ3,000/month (indicative VIE guideline)
