🌍 About the position

We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Sales Agent to join the team in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on advising French-speaking travelers and designing tailor-made trips through the Evaneos platform, while ensuring high-quality service throughout the entire customer journey.

This position is offered in a hybrid work mode, with a rhythm of 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the local team, contributing to sales performance, itinerary quality, and customer satisfaction.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

  • Advise travelers and design personalized itineraries aligned with their expectations, interests, and travel style.

  • Communicate with clients through the Evaneos platform, by phone, and by email, ensuring attentive and professional support.

  • Share strong local knowledge of destinations, culture, and traditions to build trust and inspire travelers.

  • Support travelers throughout the sales process, from first contact to booking confirmation.

💼 Operations & practical management

  • Coordinate all trip components with local partners, including accommodations, guides, and transport providers.

  • Prepare, validate, and follow up on accurate quotations in line with internal processes and margins.

  • Manage billing and ensure administrative accuracy for each travel file.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the main point of contact before and during the trip to ensure a smooth and reassuring experience.

  • Handle questions, adjustments, or unexpected situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Collect post-trip feedback and contribute to customer loyalty and continuous improvement.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote responsible and sustainable practices across all itineraries.

  • Select and collaborate with eco-conscious suppliers aligned with sustainability values.

  • Encourage travelers to adopt respectful behaviors toward local communities, culture, and the environment.


💰 Contract conditions

  • 📍 Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (mandatory)

  • 🤝 Availability: As soon as possible

  • Working time: Full-time

  • 💻 Work mode: Hybrid (2 days on-site / 3 days remote)
