We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking travel consultant to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. You will be in charge of direct sales with Evaneos customers. You will be the person who receives inquiries through the Evaneos platform and the main contact for Spanish travelers. As the contract will be with the local agency, the job could contain any or more of the following duties:

🕵️ Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations

• Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform

• Understanding travelers' expectations and specific needs

• Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities

🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip

• Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget

• Handling booking management for hotels and activities—

• Billing the travelers

🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip

• Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip

• Performing quality monitoring during the trip

• Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

Additional information

📅 Duration & contract type: local contract – 1-year trial period

📌 Precise location: Bali – Ugud

🤝 Availability : as soon as possible, by the end of the year

💲 Salary: According to experience, starting from 16.000.000 IDR

⏰ Working time per day and week: 8 hours per day - 5 days . But we are very flexible.
