We are looking for an experienced and motivated Italian-speaking sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in Japan. You will manage travelers' requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the Italian market. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Your missions as a sales agent in Japan

Reporting to Philippe, you will be responsible for the Italian market sales. Your main missions will be:

🕵️ Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations

  • Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform

  • Understanding travelers' expectations and specific needs

  • Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities

🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip

  • Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget

  • Handling booking management for hotels and activities

  • Billing the travelers

🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip

  • Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip

  • Performing quality monitoring during the trip

  • Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

📅 Duration & contract type: permanent local contract (3 months of probation)

📌 Precise location: Tokyo- Aoyama Minato-ku (Japan)

🤝 Availability (Starting dates): ASAP

💲 Salary: 215 000 to 240 000 yens (monthly base) + variable on sales (6% on net margin) depending on experience
