Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager - AI to join our growing team. This pivotal role will drive the strategy, development, and launch of innovative AI-powered features and solutions within the Ablefy platform, with a particular focus on leveraging AI agents and agentic AI to optimise internal operations and enhance user workflows. You will bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and practical business applications, ensuring our AI initiatives deliver tangible value and competitive advantage. Responsibilities
Define and Execute the AI Product Roadmap
- Develop an AI product strategy aligned with Ablefy's business objectives and market needs.
- Identify AI integration opportunities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and create new revenue streams.
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and user value.
- Translate high-level AI concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and share the AI roadmap with stakeholders and leadership.
Lead AI Agents and Agentic AI Solutions
- Conceptualize, design, and implement autonomous AI agents to automate complex tasks for Ablefy and its users.
- Define agent capabilities, behaviors, and interaction models to ensure robustness, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to prototype, test, and iterate on agentic AI systems.
- Oversee integration of AI agents into existing workflows and systems, ensuring seamless operation and data flow.
- Establish performance metrics and monitoring to continuously optimize AI agents.
Drive Operational Excellence with AI
- Analyze operational processes (e.g., customer support, onboarding, content moderation, finance) to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
- Partner with operations teams to translate challenges into AI product opportunities.
- Measure AI solution impact on KPIs and report ROI.
- Foster a culture of process optimization and automation across the organization.
Conduct Market and User Research
- Perform market analysis to track emerging AI trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advances, especially in agentic AI.
- Collect user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and validate AI concepts.
- Stay up to date on research in large language models, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems.
- Analyze data and user behavior to inform product decisions and uncover new AI opportunities.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and operations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for AI development.
- Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer for all AI products and features.
Ensure Ethical AI Development and Deployment
- Integrate ethical AI principles—fairness, transparency, and accountability—into the product development process.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
- Implement testing and validation procedures to mitigate bias and ensure responsible deployment.
Launch and Iterate on AI Products
- Develop go-to-market strategies for AI features, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing and sales.
- Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and iterate based on data and user insights.
- Provide training and support materials for internal teams and external users on new AI functionalities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in product management, including at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products.
- Proven experience with AI agents, autonomous systems, or agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong background in operations management, process optimization, or business process re-engineering.
- Track record of bringing complex technical products to market.
Technical Acumen
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Familiarity with AI model architectures (transformers, GANs, reinforcement learning).
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and data scientists.
- Experience with AI development platforms, cloud AI services (AWS/Google/Azure AI), or open-source AI tools.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, data governance, and MLOps principles.
Product Management Skills
- Exceptional product sense with a user-centric approach.
- Strong analytical skills: define metrics, analyze data, derive insights.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Asana, Aha!).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Operational & Process Expertise
- Deep understanding of business operations, workflows, and process mapping.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable, automated solutions.
- Experience with process automation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks is a plus.
- Strategic mindset connecting AI capabilities to operational improvements.
