Description

As ablefy’s Head of GTM, you’ll own both the strategy and the operations of our GTM engine — spanning inbound, outbound, and partner motions. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to architect and run AI-powered funnels end-to-end: from analytics and campaign design through systems implementation, process engineering, and Sales/CS enablement briefs.

This is not a pure strategy role. It's hands-on, analytical, and systems-driven. You'll live in dashboards, optimise flows, automate processes, and drive funnel ROI across acquisition, activation, and retention.

Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Operations

Funnel Architecture & Execution

  • Architect and maintain all funnel workflows in Salesforce—and recommend and drive adoption of next-gen AI-powered platforms, agents and orchestration layers beyond simple CRM configuration.
  • Build playbooks, SLAs, data models and process flows that ensure inbound, outbound, and partner leads convert smoothly to Sales-Ready status and onward to Customer Success handoff.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the GTM funnel across all motions (Inbound, Outbound, Partner, Reseller).
  • Own funnel definitions, lead stages, routing logic, SLAs, and conversion goals.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, linked to automations, scoring models, and AI tools.

AI-First Transformation

  • Design agentic workflows—dynamic lead scoring, intelligent routing bots, automated outreach agents—rather than manual, people-driven handoffs.
  • Constantly explore and pilot new AI use cases (LLM agents, predictive analytics, generative content tools) to revolutionise commercial operations.

Demand Generation & Audience Strategy

Inbound

  • Optimise end-to-end lead-to-sales-ready journeys (not just MQLs), using AI-driven attribution and velocity analytics to identify and eliminate friction.

Outbound

  • Define ideal customer profiles, mine intent and firmographic data, and build high-precision audience segments.
  • Design and oversee personalised, AI-enhanced outbound cadences that fuel predictable pipeline.

Partner

  • Develop partner-sourced funnels: from co-marketing campaigns and referral incentives to joint-pipeline dashboards and automated partner onboarding flows.

ICP Segmentation & Audience Strategy

  • Define and evolve ICPs based on performance data.
  • Create segment-specific flows with tailored messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales for targeting alignment.

Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership

Strategist & Operator

  • Act as the strategic architect of our GTM funnel—setting vision, defining KPIs, then rolling up your sleeves to implement detailed workflows and optimisations.

Communicator

  • Craft clear briefs, playbooks, training decks, and live sessions for Sales Managers and CS Team Leads, ensuring every stakeholder knows what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.

Campaign & Enablement Support

  • Partner with Growth/Marketing for campaign briefs and post-mortems.
  • Enable Sales & CS teams with briefs, playbooks, and funnel training.
  • Build internal playbooks for GTM clarity.

KPI Ownership

  • Own and report on funnel health (conversion rates, velocity, ROI per channel) and the broader impact of our AI transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years driving GTM strategy and full-funnel operations at high-growth companies; SaaS experience a plus, with familiarity in transaction-based revenue models.
  • Experience owning/building revenue funnels in SaaS or digital commerce.

Technical Fluency

  • Expert at evaluating/incorporating the latest GTM Ops stack (AI orchestration platforms, revenue-intelligence, generative AI tools, etc.).
  • Advanced CRM and automation knowledge.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM stacks and AI tools.
  • SQL, BI tools, and no-code tools are a plus.

AI-First Champion

  • You’re excited by the revolutionary opportunities of AI for commercial organisations, fluent in “agentic workflows,” model retraining, prompt engineering, and actively exploring cutting-edge use cases.
  • Experience with agentic workflows and scalable systems.
  • Built or designed intelligent GTM workflows.

Analytical, Detail-Oriented & Action-Driven

  • You live in dashboards, spot a 2% conversion drag in a heartbeat—and immediately design and execute experiments to squash it.

Strategist & Operator

  • Equally comfortable setting high-level GTM vision and diving deep into system configs, process docs, and hands-on execution.

Communicator

  • Excellent at translating complex strategies and data insights into precise briefs, trainings, and cross-team presentations.
