Job Description

To further support our customers we are strengthening our team through the recruitment of an experienced Product Manager. In this role, you will participate in the evolution and creation of products and features within our CyberVadis platform from conception to launch.

In this role you will:

  • Own an area of the product and be responsible for driving product evolution and innovation

  • Participate in overall product strategy delivery, including researching and developing requirements for existing products

  • Elicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating and conducting in-depth discovery directly with users and stakeholders

  • Work closely with Engineering Team and other CyberVadis departments to ensure that deliverables meet business needs and quality standards

  • Participate in defining and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data that drives the success of our products

Qualifications

  • 4+ years Product Management experience at a software company, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with a B2B SaaS product.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and translate business problems into technical requirements. Act as the primary liaison across design, engineering, and leadership teams.

  • Experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience.

  • Curiosity and appreciation for thinking outside the box.

Nice to have

  • Experience and/or knowledge of cybersecurity, especially in third-party cybersecurity risk management or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a significant plus.

  • German language skills are a significant plus. While our internal language is English, the ability to communicate with our DACH customers in their native language will help you build deeper relationships and gather more nuanced product insights.

  • Proven experience in international environment

The Process:

1. Application: submit your resume describing your experience and skills. A Polish work permit is required for this position.

2. Screening Interview: an initial screening call with our HR team.

3. Company fit Interview: a discussion with the Product Management Lead and the Director of Engineering to assess your experience, skills and cultural fit and to answer any questions you may have.

4. Home Assignment: a practical product management assignment to evaluate your skills, similar to the work you would do in this role.

5. Final on-site interview: this obligatory on-site visit is designed to evaluate your fit within the team and leadership structure.
