As an HR Generalist of the team, your main responsibility will be the end-to-end recruitment, but you will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other area. Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the implementation of the hiring plan in different departments: Engineering, Sales, Project Management, etc. Your main focus will be on engineering roles

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and clearly define the job specifications, including responsibilities, requirements, compensation, education, etc.

Handling the full end to end recruitment process (create adverts, screen CVs and pre-screen applicants, conduct phone and face-to-face interviews)

Identify, source and attract candidates through job boards, employee referrals, and social media sites, etc.

Manage internal and external recruiting platforms and relevant service providers

Manage and develop our onboarding process

Act as a first point of contact and build excellent candidate and employee experience

Drive employer branding related social media activities

Develop and implement concept for internal communication within the organization

Provide support in common HR questions
Requirements:
-
4+ years experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, preferably in a start-up environment

Experience in IT recruitment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Proactive, independent and doer attitude

Ability to learn quickly and handle a high workload
