Senior Product Manager
Remote working locations considered: Germany or Spain or UK

About the Role

Product management at CoachHub is about shaping meaningful experiences that help people grow. Our Senior Product Managers drive impact across complex user journeys, balancing strategy, discovery, and execution to solve problems at scale.

We are evolving our platform and how we build products by embracing an AI first approach. This enables faster iteration, shorter feedback loops, and closer collaboration between Product and Engineering, helping us deliver more value to our users.

In this environment, Product Managers play a highly collaborative and hands on role. You will work closely with Engineering and Design to shape solutions in real time, connecting strategic thinking with rapid execution.

You will work across one of our key product areas, including client solutions, platform experiences, and internal systems. While focus areas may evolve, all roles require strong cross team collaboration as we continue building a unified platform.

This is a role for people who enjoy ownership, move comfortably in evolving environments, and are motivated by turning ideas into real outcomes alongside their teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead cross functional teams of Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to discover, define, and deliver high impact solutions

• Own your product area end to end from vision and strategy through execution and continuous improvement

• Work closely with engineers in a collaborative model where solutions are iterated quickly and refined in real time

• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes and clear success metrics

• Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate product discovery, user research, and decision making

• Collaborate across product workstreams to manage dependencies and deliver cohesive user experiences

• Partner with stakeholders across commercial, customer success, and operations to ensure alignment with business needs

• Cultivate a product culture that is data informed, experiment driven, and focused on delivering user value

What You Will Need

• Clear communication in English as it is our working language

• 5 or more years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or digital platforms

• Experience working in startup or scale up environments with fast iteration cycles

• A strong track record of delivering outcomes in cross functional teams

• Experience working closely with engineering teams in collaborative, non waterfall environments

• Hands on experience using AI tools to improve speed and quality of product work

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into action

• Comfort working in ambiguity and simplifying complex problems into clear direction

• A structured and systems oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

• Empathy for users, curiosity for data, and focus on business impact

Nice to Have

• Experience working in AI first or highly technical product environments

• Technical background or strong understanding of how systems are built

• Experience in HR tech, learning platforms, or similar domains

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or configurable product systems
