Junior FP&A Manager
Role Overview
As a Junior FP&A Manager, you will support the FP&A function for the CoachHub Group and gain hands-on experience across financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. You will take ownership of defined workstreams within budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while closely collaborating with senior finance stakeholders.
This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop core FP&A capabilities in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and partially own components of the budgeting and forecasting process, including data preparation, model updates, variance analysis, and reporting
Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages
Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers, risks, and trends
Support product-level profitability and unit economics analysis in collaboration with senior finance team members
Prepare materials and analyses for leadership, Board, and investor reporting
Partner closely with Accounting and Data teams to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency
Contribute to improving financial models, planning tools, and reporting processes
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
Requirements & Skills
Experience & Hard Skills
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, working student roles, or entry-level roles in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, or similar fields are welcome)
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data
Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling basics, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Interest in SaaS, technology, and high-growth business models
Familiarity or interest in financial planning tools (e.g., Abacum) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a structured working style
Based in Berlin, Germany.
