🔍 Role Overview

We are hiring a strategic yet hands-on field marketing leader to drive regional marketing initiatives across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-impact role focused on pipeline generation and revenue growth. You will work in close partnership with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams, owning campaign strategy, budget management, and execution.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. While you will have access to freelance support where needed, there are no direct line management responsibilities.

🧠 Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Sales to define and align on marketing goals and regional strategy.

  • Own end-to-end campaign management—from strategy to flawless execution.

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns tailored to mid-market and enterprise segments.

  • Manage and report campaign performance using Salesforce and Hubspot: tracking pipeline impact, MQLs, and campaign ROI.

  • Drive alignment with key stakeholders:

    • SDRs for lead follow-up

    • Customer Success to leverage client advocates

    • Digital, Content, Brand, and Product Marketing for integrated execution

  • Plan and execute a mix of webinars, executive dinners and flagship events in the UK&I region.

  • Build and localize messaging, use cases, and GTM motions relevant to the UK&I market.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify partnerships and surface competitive insights in the region.

  • Stay agile—capable of scaling, iterating quickly, and handling multiple priorities with a solutions-first mindset.

✅ Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, preferably within a scale-up environment.

  • Strong track record of collaboration with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Proficient with Salesforce and Hubspot in a data-driven marketing environment.

  • Strong expertise in campaign and event marketing, with the ability to own and optimize independently.

  • Capable of thinking strategically while rolling up your sleeves to execute.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in HR Tech or Fintech industries.

  • Experience managing regional marketing budgets

  • Familiarity with the UK&I partnerships ecosystem.

  • Previous success working cross-regionally and with freelance vendors.
