Your responsibilities

1. Manage a customer portfolio (digital service)

  • Own a book of 20–30 clients after a structured onboarding period.

  • Design roll‑out plans that maximise adoption of our coaching solution.

  • Track adoption and engagement metrics; translate insights into actions that drive success.

  • Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities.

  • Gather user feedback, analyse KPIs, and recommend improvements to the client experience.

2. Support the Customer Success team and the wider organisation

  • Work closely with experienced Customer Success Managers to coordinate projects and daily tasks.

  • Help prepare key meetings, including quarterly business reviews with strategic clients.

  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects that improve our processes and tools.

  • Share best practices with CoachHub teams in other regions (France, Northern & Western Europe, etc.).

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to benchmark and refine recurring tasks.

What will make you successful

  • Initial professional experience, ideally in a client‑facing role.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (minimum 12 months remaining).

  • Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

  • Confidence with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace; adaptable to new software.

  • A balance of tenacity and humility when working toward objectives.

  • Bonus: interest in data analysis and/or demonstrated commercial skills.
