About the position:

As the VP of Coach Relations at CoachHub, you will be a key leader responsible for expanding and elevating the global Coach Community. You will shape and deliver a world-class, end-to-end experience for our coaches, driving both their development and success within the CoachHub ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure that Coach Relations is closely aligned with client needs, delivering the right coaches to meet customers' organizational transformation goals. You’ll define strategic initiatives, foster an inclusive and diverse coach network, and work cross-functionally to ensure that our coaches are equipped to help clients achieve lasting success—all while managing and optimizing coach delivery costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Roadmap & Execution: Define the long-term vision for Coach Relations and lead the execution of initiatives that align with both internal business goals and client success.

  • Global Coach Community Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive coach recruitment plan that attracts the best talent to meet ambitious growth targets and ensure we have the right coaches to fulfill client organizational transformation objectives.

  • Ensure an impeccable Coaching delivery:

    • Work closely with client-facing teams to understand customer requirements and transformation goals, ensuring that our coaches are selected, trained, and developed to meet these specific needs.

    • Develop and deliver assessments that ensure our coaches are not only competent but continually growing in their expertise as CoachHub Coaches.

  • Own and Optimize the Coach Experience: Oversee the entire coach journey, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to ensure a best-in-class, end-to-end experience that supports client outcomes.

  • Manage & Optimize Delivery Costs: Take ownership of coach delivery costs, continuously analyzing and optimizing expenses related to coach services to maintain cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

  • Develop a World-Class Team: Hire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on enhancing the Coach Relations experience. Ensure the team consistently delivers excellence across all touchpoints

  • Act as the Voice of Coach Relations: Represent Coach Relations and advocate for the needs of our coaches, and promote their value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Innovation Lab and Behavioral Science, Business Intelligence, Client Experience, and Customer Success teams to co-create innovative solutions that enhance the overall coaching experience and deliver meaningful insights to our clients and coach community.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in leading global operations, partner management or account management teams, preferably within coaching, learning and development, or similar fields.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.

  • A passion for coaching, leadership development, and fostering diverse and inclusive communities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
