Partnerships Lead

As a Partnerships Lead, you will play a key role in growing CO2 AI’s presence by managing high-impact partnerships to help drive revenue growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

You’ll work closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and launch new types of partnerships and integrations.This role requires end-to-end ownership of partnership strategy and execution, with accountability for both internal alignment and external deliverables. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and forge new partnerships, while defining top targets, objectives, and implementing action plans.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships throughout the entire life cycle with a quality over quantity approach, and ensuring partners remain highly engaged.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead contract discussions that balance immediate revenue opportunities with long-term strategic value
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to uncover new partnership possibilities
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Sales and Pre Sales to educate partners on the various opportunities we can bring to the table
  • Work with cross functional teams: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope integration requirements; liaise with marketing to co-create go-to-market activities for new partners
  • Revenue Growth & KPI Tracking: Set clear objectives and metrics for each partnership, tracking success against targets and continuously optimizing outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales role.
  • Having a background in sustainability is a strong advantage
  • Experience defining and driving partnerships strategy
  • Technical background/experience working with technical tools & products is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English is required

Role based in central Paris (France). Flexible remote-work policy.
