As a Business Operations Analyst, you will act as the analytical right hand to the Head of Marketing Operations. Your mission is to ensure reporting excellence and process rigor across the entire customer journey from website visit to product adoption and revenue generation.
This role is not just about retrieving data, it is about analyzing it carefully to guide our strategic decisions but also contributing to the whole marketing team’s efficiency notably by providing them with strategic recommendations.

> Performance reports: Produce high-quality performance reports and actionable insights for General Management on entire customer journey from website visit to product adoption and final conversion
> Strategic Analysis: Provide the data backbone for critical strategic discussions. Support leadership discussions with structured, fact-based analysis.
> Visibility & Integrity: Ensure total data integrity and provide clear visibility into marketing activities and ROI
> Growth Drivers: Continuously challenge the teams to improve acquisition, conversion rates, User Experience based on rigorous data analysisi.
> Market and Competitors’ monitoring
> AI Integration: Lead the charge on operationalizing AI tools within marketing practices to boost team efficiency and automation
> Process Rigor & Organization: Build and maintain a highly structured internal environment, organizing our knowledge base and workflows to ensure the team operates with maximum efficiency (documentation, organization, tooling, etc.).
> Cross-Functional projects: Pilot high-impact transverse initiatives that bridge Marketing, Product, and Sales
> Technical Execution: extract and clean complex datasets.
> Dashboarding: Build and maintain dashboards in our BI tool (Omni) to track core metrics like Traffic on our website, New clients, New Revenue, CAC, and LTV.
> Operational Efficiency: Act as the organized backbone of the team, structuring ad-hoc requests and ensuring the Marketing team has the data they need, when they need it.
Who you are:
- Min 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
- Strategic Thinker: You understand the business implications behind the numbers (Revenue, Retention, Efficiency).
- Generalist background (business or engineering school preferred), ideally with some data analyst experience: You comfortable working with raw data structure and driving insights out of it
- Technical Proficiency:
- Organized & Rigorous: You are structured and detail-oriented; you ensure that data leaving your desk is 100% accurate.
- Proactive "Doer": You are willing to handle operational topics (running the analysis yourself) while contributing to high-level projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
> BI Tools: Strong command of BI tools (Omni preferred).
> Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced proficiency for modeling.
