  • Contribute to mentorship, internal product roadmap definition, backlog refinement, architecture, and implementation review within the Orchestration team.
  • Manage and maintain capacity planning for the production-grade orchestration chain
  • Work as a cornerstone between other Platform teams and other divisions to understand hosting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement automation for deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Diagnose and resolve orchestration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures.

Who you are:

  • You have 2 to 4 Years of experience with Installation, setup & configuration of high availability, secure, and resilient hosting facilities in production environments 24/7.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines for both Platform and Developer needs, like ArgoCD, Harbour, Github runners, and Argo Workflow.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with Kubernetes administration with RKE2 and/or GKE and deployment templating with Helm and/or Kustomize.
  • Proficient in Orchestration products (installation, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring).
  • Proficient in bare-metal infrastructure (network backbone, Unix administration)
  • Proficient in using generative AI to build and run Platform products (agent and skills usage for opening a PR from a specification prompt, bridging MCP servers to troubleshooting production issues)
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks.
  • Experience in hybrid, on-premise and/or cloud-based architectures and services.
  • Experience in building a Platform as an internal Product.
  • Experience with networks like CNI, hosting provider interconnectivity, and BGP is a plus.
  • If you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity aligns with your experience and expectations, we still encourage you to apply!
