Our AI Lab is transforming how businesses interact with their customers through cutting-edge AI technologies. In just 6 months, we've shipped AI features that are used daily by thousands of customers. We move fast, ship quality, and push boundaries.
The team consists of:
- VP AI and AI Director providing leadership
- Senior Data Scientists and Engineers
- Product Managers driving AI product strategy
Your Impact at Brevo:
- Build personalization systems that adapt our platform to each customer's unique context and needs
- Optimize RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval, embedding strategies, and multi-modal data processing
- Deploy ML models to production using Kubernetes and modern MLOps practices on GCP
- Create intelligent targeting models for audience selection and content optimization
- Monitor and measure impact of AI features, ensuring ROI and performance standards
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and prototype new AI capabilities
Who you are:
- 5+ years of Python experience in production environments
- Strong experience with LLMs and RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization)
- Proven track record deploying and monitoring ML models at scale
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
- Ability to work with diverse data types (text, web content, structured data)

- Experience with Langchain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms
