Your Impact at Brevo:
- Build and Deploy AI-Powered Features: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that leverage AI (LLMs, agents, automation) to deliver innovative solutions for Brevo’s customers.
- Prototype and Experiment: Rapidly create and iterate on prototypes for new AI-driven features (chatbots, smart assistants, automations) to validate ideas and bring them to production.
- Ensure Quality and Scalability: Transform validated prototypes into robust, scalable, and secure products using modern development best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and design teams to deliver user-centric features and support the integration of AI across Brevo’s platforms.
- Tech Watch & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest in AI and web development. Share insights and drive technical excellence within the team.
Who you are:
- At least 5+ years of experience in a Fullstack engineering role, with expertise in Saas environments
- You are used to work in startups and fast paced environments
- You know how to craft and take shortcuts to bring max impact with the right amount of effort
- You have a good understanding of the AI landscape. You are up to date on the topic and eager to learn more every day
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment, own growth, and embrace failure as a learning opportunity
- The ability and willingness to make continuous improvements. Also the commitment to help make positive leaps in its results and overall performance
- Value diverse perspectives and working with others as a way to achieve the best output possible
