Join us as an Orchestration Platform Engineer in our dynamic Platform team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructures focusing on Containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD. You will be crucial in managing our Platform architecture with a reliable and cost-effective approach to host our orchestration components used by all workloads at Brevo, mostly running on OVH and GCP.

Your Impact at Brevo:

  • Architect, build and maintain scalable and efficient container platforms using RKE2 and GKE, orchestration tooling to automate CI/CD, deployment and remediation using Terraform, Ansible, Github CI, Jenkins and Atlantis.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance to ensure high availability and reliability using Datadog, Fluentd and Grafana.
  • Contribute to the mentorship, the internal product roadmap definition, the backlog refinement, architecture and implementation review inside the Orchestration team.
  • Manage and maintain capacity planning for the production grade orchestration chain
  • Work as a cornerstone between other Platform teams and other divisions to understand hosting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement automation for deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Diagnose and resolve orchestration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures.

Who you are:

  • Installation, setup & configuration of high availability, secure, and resilient hosting facilities in production environments 24/7.
  • Strong experience in Orchestration products (installation, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring.)
  • Proficient with Kubernetes administration with RKE2 and/or GKE and deployment templating with helm or/and Kustomize.
  • Proficient with CI/CD pipelines for both Platform and Developers needs like ArgoCD, Flux, Argo Workflow.
  • Experience in virtualization engines such as Harvester, Kubevirt, Openstack.
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks.
  • Experience in hybrid, on-premise and/or cloud-based architectures and services.
  • Experience in building a Platform as an internal Product.
  • Experience with networks like CNI, raw backbone, interconnectivity and BGP. Experience with FinOps practice.
