CRM Marketing Manager DACH - Nurses
AMBOSS
Hi, we’re AMBOSS and seeking a hands-on CRM Marketing Manager for our DACH Nursing Team!
About AMBOSS
AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.
Why can this position be exciting for you?
At AMBOSS, we are on a mission to support medical professionals worldwide, and we’re excited to extend that support to nurses as we grow into the nursing market. As we do, we’re building CRM programs that not only reach this new audience but truly resonate with their needs and daily realities. At the same time, following the acquisition of Novaheal, we’re expanding our CRM efforts to support additional marketing initiatives and new opportunities for impact. This growth calls for a hands-on CRM professional who enjoys working with German-language content and who cares deeply about making sure our messaging is relevant, clear, and consistent across all touchpoints.
You will:
Focus on the implementation and optimization of multichannel campaigns and automations via Braze — our CRM system.
Drive content-aware CRM execution by identifying existing AMBOSS content to repurpose within CRM flows, ensuring message relevance for nurses.
Prepare content briefs for new assets needed across email, push, and in-product messaging (e.g., feature spotlights, user stories, guides).
Develop subject lines, CTAs, copy outlines, and messaging tests to improve engagement and maximize channel ROI.
Create full content outlines for email templates and collaborate with design, product marketing, and localization teams to bring them to life.
Support delivery of all CRM activity in key markets, including optimization, reporting, and performance tracking.
Support experimentation and rollout of new CRM channels for AMBOSS, such as Push.
Leverage data and customer insights to continuously improve engagement and drive growth in the nurses segment.
You bring:
Experience in a multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web) with strong exposure to content-driven lifecycle marketing.
Excellent German writing and editing skills (native-level/C2), with the ability to craft clear, concise, empathetic messages tailored to healthcare professionals.
A growth mindset with an interest in experimenting with messaging, tone, subject lines, and content formats to move the needle on engagement.
Affinity for content strategy: understanding how to repurpose existing content, identify gaps, and create structured content briefs.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; javascript-like languages (e.g. AMPscript) is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder-alignment skills for working cross-functionally with product marketing, clinical editors, design, and sales.
You enjoy:
Crafting narratives and structuring content, not just setting up flows.
Writing / would like to learn writing for a professional healthcare audience.
You love combining data and creativity: you get energy from understanding what nurses need and turning that into impactful CRM messaging.
Connecting the dots across teams and keeping content and CRM aligned.
You see problems as opportunities for clarity, better storytelling, or more effective communication.
