You will be working closely with the Market Lead and the other team members of the Latin American team, plus multiple marketing specialists, institutional sales managers, and product development experts, including physician editors and technical product managers.
You will become a fundamental part of AMBOSS growth in the Latin American Region and will have the opportunity to explore different skills and areas of work collaborating in our market development and executing marketing initiatives, as well as cultivating and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, and leading revenue-driven strategies mainly but not limited to B2P, and supporting early funnel Institutional (B2B) acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Together with the Team Lead set up to strategize the best allocation of time, effort, and resources to obtain outcomes that would support the reach of our overall regional market goals. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans specifically tailored to your owned markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as the IMG Channel, AMBOSSadors Channel, B2B Channel, Marketing, and CRM Channel among others, to localize marketing strategies and content for the medical students and medical doctors in your markets.
- Sales: B2P and B2B: Own the strategy and execution of revenue-driven strategies for the non-IMG and IMG markets within the region. You will also collaborate closely with the institutional representatives for the region to support the development of sales enablement materials, presentations, and institutional pitches.
- Campaign Management: Together with the Team Lead, you will plan and execute in collaboration with other channels, targeted marketing campaigns tailored to your market audiences to generate leads, acquire new paying customers, and increase product adoption, you will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for the market.
- Commercial Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with medical students and young doctors associations, professional associations, academic organizations, and other relevant stakeholders across your markets. Foster strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth, new paying users, and expand regional market reach and awareness.
- Roadshow Operations Management: You will own the internal technical operational process to set up webinars and group discounts, and monitor, analyse, and report the success of the events done in the Latin America region.
Qualifications:
Required:
- You must be a physician (licensed medical doctor in Latin America).
- You must be a native Spanish speaker and fluent (C2 Level) in English.
- You must have a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of physicians in training today in Latin America (medical students and physicians).
Preferred:
- You are proficient in Portuguese.
- You have prior business, commercial, or marketing experience.
