Program Overview

Following the success of our 1st cohort, we are excited to launch the 2nd edition of the almentor Youth Program 2026.

This 3-month full-time internship program is designed for ambitious last year students and fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing EdTech company shaping the future of learning across the MENA region.

At almentor, interns will have the opportunity to work on real business challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain practical exposure in their chosen field. Exceptional performance throughout the program may lead to a full-time employment opportunity at almentor, subject to business needs.

Program Structure

• Duration: 22 July 2026 – 30-October 2026
• Schedule: Full-time | 8 hours per day | 5 days per week
• Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work)
• Location: Maadi, Cairo
• Compensation: Paid Internship

Available Internship Tracks

• Marketing & Social Media: Support content creation, social media activities, campaign execution, and collaborating on initiatives that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
• Finance & Accounting: Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting routine financial operations.
• People & Culture: Support key HR activities across talent acquisition, employee experience, engagement, and people operations while gaining exposure to the employee lifecycle.
• Software Engineering: Gain practical experience across Backend Engineering, Mobile Development, Data Engineering, or Quality Control, contributing to real product development, testing, data solutions, and scalable technology initiatives.
• Applied Science / AI Engineering: Work on real-world AI and applied science use cases, supporting data exploration, model development, experimentation, and the implementation of intelligent solutions.
• Product Management: Support product discovery and delivery by contributing to requirements gathering, feature documentation, coordination between Software Engineering and Product teams, and product improvement initiatives.
• Media Production: Gain hands-on experience in shooting, video editing, and voice-over production, supporting the creation of high-quality educational and digital media content.
• E-Learning & Interactive Content Development: Support the development of engaging digital learning experiences through Articulate-based content development and instructional design, helping transform learning materials into interactive and learner-centered content.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Are final-year university students or fresh graduates (Class of 2025 or 2026)
• Are available full-time throughout the entire program duration
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments
• Are proficient in both Arabic and English
