Job Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist who will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive lead generation. The role manages campaigns end-to-end, leads video marketing initiatives, and supports brand visibility through events and exhibitions.
As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will:
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate branding materials, giveaways, and on-ground marketing activities.
- Build relationships with external vendors, partners, universities, and corporate entities.
- Assist in organizing sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure smooth execution of offline campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales, partnerships, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
- Support budget tracking and marketing operations tasks when needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, including both online and offline activities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing concepts.
- Experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong advantage.
