Role Overview: We're looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) using Braze. You'll segment users, personalize communications based on customer journey stages, and work closely with marketing, product, content, and support teams.

As a CRM Specialist you will:

  • Design and manage CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, etc.) using Braze
  • Segment user base and personalized communications to match customer journey stages.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and customer support teams to align CRM activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and CRM KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and improve customer data
  • Develop and implement A/B testing plans for campaign optimization.
  • Report regularly on CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention.
  • Assist in loyalty and re-engagement strategies for different user segments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in digital platforms or e-learning.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Braze.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation and journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
