Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior E-learning Developer who combines advanced expertise in Articulate Storyline & Rise, strong frontend development skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools and automation to optimize digital learning production.
This is a hybrid technical role for someone who can build complex, interactive, SCORM-compliant learning experiences while also streamlining and automating the content development lifecycle.
As a Senior E-Learning Specialist, you will:- Develop advanced Storyline & Rise courses (variables, triggers, JS customization)
- Build interactive simulations, branching scenarios & gamified assessments
- Customize Storyline output (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
- Integrate APIs and LMS (SCORM/xAPI)
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation & voiceover workflow
- Automate production processes using APIs, scripting, and automation tools
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in e-learning development
- Advanced Articulate Storyline expertise
- Strong JavaScript (React/Vue is a plus)
- Experience with SCORM & LMS integration
- Proven experience using AI tools in content production
- Automation mindset and strong problem-solving skills
