Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive enrollment, brand awareness, and community engagement. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and stakeholder communication, with a data-driven approach to performance optimization.

As a Marketing Manager, You will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

  • Lead enrollment and awareness campaigns to support growth targets.

  • Manage and optimize communication channels with students and parents to enhance engagement and retention.

  • Oversee content development to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within EdTech or education-related sectors.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and digital campaign management.

  • Experience managing social communities or student engagement platforms.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and campaign planning skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance accordingly.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
