Job Overview: The Student Community Moderator will manage and maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive environment across the students’ community platforms. This role involves responding promptly to student inquiries, guiding learners to the right resources or team members, and escalating complex issues when needed. The moderator will monitor discussions to enforce community guidelines, share announcements and updates, track recurring questions, and provide feedback to the team to improve student experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and skilled in fostering engagement while ensuring a safe and respectful community environment.
As a Community Moderator, You will:
- Strong written Arabic and English communication skills.
- Previous experience in community management, moderation, or customer support is a plus.
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to student inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
- Comfortable using online communication tools and community platforms.
- Organized, patient, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of online learning environments or student communities is preferred.
