Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing (B2B & Specialist Projects) to lead our marketing strategy and execution across multiple business verticals. This role will be responsible for developing and owning the annual and quarterly marketing plans, setting performance objectives (OKRs), managing budgets, and driving impactful integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning, analytical rigor, and creative leadership to strengthen our brand and accelerate business growth.
As the Head of Marketing, you will:
- Build and own the annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals; define clear OKRs and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Design and orchestrate integrated B2B marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead regular campaign performance reviews; analyze results, extract insights, and translate them into actionable optimization and iteration plans.
- Partner closely with Sales, PMO, Content, and Media teams to ensure go-to-market alignment and successful launch readiness for key projects and initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on execution excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and positioning.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- +5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or head-of-marketing role.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, campaign management, and multi-channel growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI across marketing channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus.
