Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer with hands-on experience in DominKnow (Claro/Flow) to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning content aligned with organizational goals, ensuring high learner engagement and measurable outcomes.

This is a hybrid role that requires both creative instructional design expertise and technical eLearning authoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop Courses
    • Build interactive, responsive eLearning modules in DominKnow (Claro/Flow).
    • Transform raw content and storyboards into engaging learning experiences.
    • Apply adult learning principles, Bloom’s taxonomy, and ADDIE/Agile instructional models.
  • Collaboration & Content Management
    • Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and project managers to define learning objectives.
    • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guides within DominKnow templates.
    • Conduct QA testing for functionality, responsiveness, and SCORM/xAPI compliance.
  • Learning Innovation
    • Apply gamification, simulations, branching scenarios, and microlearning strategies.
    • Optimize courses for accessibility (WCAG/Section 508 standards).
    • Stay current with emerging trends in EdTech and learning experience design.
  • Integration & Support
    • Publish and upload content packages (SCORM/xAPI) to LMS platforms.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to course performance and tracking.
    • Provide guidance and training to internal team members on DominKnow best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3–5 years in Instructional Design/eLearning Development.
    • Proven portfolio of eLearning courses built in DominKnow | One (Claro/Flow).
    • Experience with other authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Lectora) a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong command of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5 publishing.
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Docebo, Moodle, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.).
    • Proficiency with graphic, video, and audio editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
