Role Overview:
Almentor is looking for a Senior Partnerships Executive to support bundling and strategic collaboration initiatives with key players across telecoms, banks, corporates, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for expanding Almentor’s distribution through bundled offerings but also for ensuring operational execution and long-term partner success. This is a cross-functional role that blends partner acquisition, delivery oversight, and ongoing optimization of bundled e-learning models.
As a Senior Partnerships Executive, you will:
- Develop and lead bundled offering initiatives with partners such as telecom operators, banks, Universities, FMCGs, and public institutions
- Support the Design of custom learning bundles that align with partner goals—whether for customer retention, CSR, employee development, or digital transformation
- Own end-to-end relationship management from initial outreach and proposal creation to negotiation and closing
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing partnerships, ensuring KPIs are met and issues are proactively resolved
- Work closely with partner teams to promote content utilization, learner engagement, and impact tracking
- Gather feedback to continuously improve bundled learning offers and adapt them to different audience segments
- Collaborate with Product, Content, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of partnership deliverables
- Arrange internal alignment meetings on partnership status, blockers, and key learnings
- Ensure partner branding, integration, and marketing support is delivered as committed
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of bundling prospects across multiple sectors
- Leverage industry insights and competitive benchmarks to identify and pitch innovative partnership models
- Track pipeline progress and performance using CRM tools like Odoo and HubSpot
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or customer success, ideally in telecom, edtech, SaaS, fintech, or B2B services
- Proven success in structuring and managing bundled value propositions or co-branded offerings
- Strong operational mindset with ability to manage post-deal execution and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with or selling to telecoms, banks, Universities or government bodies in Egypt or the Gulf
- Understanding of subscription-based or digital content business models
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously with attention to detail and accountability
- Passion for education, access, and digital upskilling in the MENA region
