Job Overview: We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive innovation in all aspects of our visual content. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of talented individuals.
As a Creative Manager you will:
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of high-quality, visually appealing, and innovative design solutions for various projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all creative elements.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to team members, guiding them in achieving excellence in their work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other stakeholders to understand their creative needs and deliver solutions that align with their objectives.
- Manage team performance while regularly generating reports to leadership team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Foster collaboration and seamless communication within the creative team and across departments to achieve unified goals and objectives.
- Evaluate workload capacities and make adjustments to ensure an equitable distribution of tasks.
