Job Brief:
We are looking for a confident EdTech Enterprise Business Development and Sales Senior Director to join us focusing on growing our business to the next level in Egypt and Levant. The Enterprise Business Development and Sales Senior Director will be responsible for achieving revenue targets for the business.
As the EdTech Enterprise Business Development & Sales Senior Director (Egypt & Levant) you will:
- Establish and deliver a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion and expand existing accounts with purpose, driving customer success and predictable year over year ARR growth for almentor.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
- Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services to customers.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Developing and managing partnership agreements.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Maintaining the CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration is a plus.
- Deep Experience in EdTech Sales and Business development in Egypt and Levant.
- Demonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of a $5m+ ACV annual quota.
- Proven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering peers.
- Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership.
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a team.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload.
- Ability to travel if needed.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Polished presentation skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
