As the Senior Product Designer, reporting to our Product Design Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to design impactful, user-centered products that support thousands of learners. We’re looking for a passionate designer who thrives on solving complex problems and creating intuitive, delightful digital experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Create and validate product experiences through mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product strategy and translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to refine designs.
- Advocate for the user experience (UX) within cross-functional teams and throughout the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with agile product development teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- A strong understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with design trends.
