Our mission: Help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost centre into their most valuable investment.
By connecting all aspects of care (private, public, and direct to consumer) we create the most member-centric healthcare experience, reducing claims costs while generating new monetization opportunities.
We partner with tens of thousands of companies across France π«π·, Spain πͺπΈ, Belgium π§πͺ, and Canada π¨π¦, serving over a million members.
How we work: our Leadership Principles
Mission is the Boss β We think long-term and are methodical optimists who take risks, seeking our mission's success above all else.
Distributed Ownership β Accountable enlightened despots: everyone owns their decisions and results.
Radical Transparency β All information is accessible and written-first, so everyone can make the best decisions asynchronously.
Always Growing β Direct, positive, and caring feedback, combined with self-growth ownership.
β Your mission
At Alan, Sales is at the heart of our growth engine. Every new company we sign means thousands of employees gaining access to the best healthcare experience on the market. And behind that engine is a team that moves fast, thinks big, and never settles.
As the Head of Sales Associate, you will be the right hand of Lucie Leflour, our Head of Sales France, supporting her across all acquisition segments. This is not a passive support role: you will be a true partner, both keeping the Sales organization running at full speed and contributing to strategic initiatives that shape how Alan grows.
You will be the only Associate in this role, creating a genuine one-on-one partnership with Lucie and working closely with our Sales Crew Leads and the broader Sales team.
You will be responsible for:
Sales performance monitoring: tracking and analyzing key Sales KPIs, building dashboards and regular reporting, and proposing corrective actions. You will give our Head of Sales and the team a sharp, real-time view of performance across all segments. You will also play a key role in building our action plans.
Team animation: preparing business presentations, quarterly reviews, and internal decks to fuel alignment and energy within the Sales organization. You'll be a key contributor to how the team communicates and moves as one.
Regular check-ins & reporting: owning the cadence of operational reporting, making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
Strategic Sales initiatives: leading end-to-end analysis and projects on topics that matter (Go-To-Market strategy, competitive positioning, process improvements...). You'll have real ownership and real impact.
Ad hoc support to the Head of Sales: jumping in on any priority that Lucie needs sharp, reliable, fast thinking on.
βοΈ Is it you we're looking for?
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
You have full working proficiency in French;
You have at least advanced level in English (written and spoken);
You are analytical and think strategically: you know how to turn data into insights and insights into action. You can zoom out to understand the big picture and zoom in to get things done;
You have a strong business sense: you understand what it takes to sell in a competitive market, and you're excited by the challenge of making a disruptive product win against established players;
You are self-organized and autonomous: you manage your work rigorously, meet deadlines, and don't need hand-holding to deliver quality output;
You communicate effectively: you write clearly and in a structured way, present with confidence, and adapt your communication style to your audience;
You enjoy working with people: you're at ease interacting with a Sales team, building trust quickly, and making yourself a useful, pleasant partner in the day-to-day;
You display a growth mindset: you actively seek feedback, learn fast, and see this internship as a real springboard for your early career;
You show versatility: one day you're building a performance dashboard, the next you're drafting a strategic memo. You enjoy that variety and thrive in it;
You excel at teamwork: you know how to work cross-functionally, align stakeholders, and move initiatives forward even when you don't own the resources;
You are currently based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
This is a 6-month internship based in Paris to start as soon as possible. We are ideally looking for a final-year student from a top business school, though we warmly welcome applications from gap-year students with an exceptional profile.
The right mindset and drive matter more than the exact school name.
