๐ฅ Who weโre looking for
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range.

0-5 years in network & infrastructure: Solid foundational knowledge of office networking (WiFi, switching, routing, VPN/IPsec) and familiarity with on-premise infrastructure concepts (server rooms, audiovisual systems, physical access control)
Automation appetite: Scripting basics (Python, Bash) and genuine interest in infrastructure-as-code approaches; understands when to automate vs. manual process
Structured problem-solving: Can diagnose network issues methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, and thinks about failure modes
Security awareness: Understanding of infrastructure hardening principles
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
Ownership & autonomy: Takes responsibilities, drives topics forward without hand-holding, learns from incidents
Growth mindset: Eager to deepen expertise across networking, automation and security - comfortable ramping up fast on unfamiliar topics
Cross-team collaboration: Partners effectively with Security, Engineering, and Workplace teams; explains technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
