📝 Context of the Role
The Business Strategy & Operations community conducts critical strategic, data and operational projects. There are four main components to the work the community does :
Sales strategy and planning (incl. strat plan, target setting, territory design)
Sales performance monitoring and analysis (incl. reporting, data model)
Sales effectiveness, tools and processes (incl. the tech stack and its usage)
Sales organization and capability building
Across all these areas we work very closely with the Sales and Account Management teams.
The scope of the role is within the sales effectiveness area and scope is Global (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada)
🕵️ Goals & missions
The team:
The Sales Effectiveness team is responsible for the sales team efficiency and therefore a key aspect of the company P&L: our customer acquisition cost
They work across our sales organization (Account Executives, BDR, Account Management, Customer Success Manager) to identify opportunities to improve our sales approach
The role includes:
Spending significant time on the field to identify gaps in our sales process
Designing / enhancing existing processes by removing steps, increasing automations
Identifying new tools or technologies to answer challenges, test, validate and implement them
Ensure proper change management
You will mostly leverage SQL, AI, CRM administration, low-code tools to deliver those initiatives.
Example of initiatives in our 2025 roadmap :
Automate the assessment of each opportunity based on AI and meetings transcripts
Mass run analysis (AI based) on our customer portfolio based on their consumption data

Equip KAM with a tool to optimize their offer building
Must have
3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in strategy consulting
Strong taste for being hands-on. Part of your job is to partner with sales teams and provide Operational support.
Comfortable with change management (you’ll need to shadow, train, measure, drive adoption and iterate)
Good SQL knowledge and data rigor
Power user of some low code tools (Zapier, Make, Salesforce screenflows or equivalent)
Strong business sense and ability to go deep in understanding the operational details of Sales work
High interest in new technologies such as GenAI with experience in deploying AI projects (you’ll need to prompt and build tools using this technology)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in English and French
Nice to have
Previous experience in the insurance industry
Experience in tier 1 tech companies
Exposure to large Sales teams
