⭐ The People Ops role
Are you passionate about Human Ressources and eager to learn about operating, designing and scaling efficient HR operations in a fast-growing company? Join our vibrant People team at Alan as a People Ops Intern!
You'll work closely with one amazing mentor from our team, who will guide you through the intricacies of People Operations and help you grow in your role.

⭐ Your missions
1️⃣ Support in Employee Lifecycle Management
Assist in pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Learn about employment contract management and social organization affiliations
Help maintain and improve employee documentation
Support the team in creating an optimal employee experience
2️⃣ Administrative and Payroll Support
Learn about payroll processes and assist in data collection
Help monitor leave management systems
Support the team with administrative tasks
Gain exposure to interactions with social organizations
3️⃣ Process Improvement Projects
Contribute to documenting HR processes
Help identify areas for operational efficiency
Assist in maintaining and updating HR documentation
Learn about HR automation tools and systems
Is it what you are looking for?
Please note that for this internship, you need to be based in France, and currently enrolled in your last year of a Master's degree in a French university.
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
You are looking for your 6-month end-of-studies internship in HR
You have strong organizational and analytical skills
You have excellent attention to detail
You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
You have genuine interest in HR operations and process improvement

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A1 level range.
