⭐ Your mission

The Sales Crew Lead - 🇧🇪 Enterprise is the owner of sales acquisition growth in the 🇧🇪 Enterprise segment.

As such, your targets are to achieve our annual member growth goals in this segment and continue to build and develop a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team to ensure we can grow exponentially to become the market owners by 2030 in Belgium.

More precisely, the role will entail:

  • Defining goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue on the 🇧🇪 Enterprise segment

  • Mentoring and keep building a highly efficient and productive sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates) in a scalable model that enables high growth on the market.

  • Keep recruiting, onboarding and developing high performing and committed sales in Belgium while ensuring a progressive career path for the future.

  • Empower every member of the crew to reach personal and team targets. This includes day to day coaching, attending customer meetings, deal reviews, creating and delivering trainings. You spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field.

  • Directly contribute to key-strategic deals being involved in the process to maximise performance.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximise impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.

  • Collaborate with the sales ops team to maximise sales efficiency (tooling, processes, business monitoring...).

  • Work cross-functionally internally to solve deal blockers on Enterprise deals (>2000 emp. companies).

  • Work directly with all Senior stakeholders at Alan (GMs, CRO) to articulate our global go-to-market approach and create synergies with the other countries on all the different business lines.

Since we opened our Belgium market in 2020, we have experienced great momentum and traction. We’ve onboarded 1000+ companies, and delighted 60.000+ members so far. Our local team is growing (so far we went from 0 to 50+ in just over 4 years 🚀).

We now want to take the market by storm and exponentially grow the business to ultimately become the market leader by 2030 in Belgium. Our sales team is the engine that drives our B-to-B customer reach. We want to keep that bar very high by hiring the most exceptional Sales!

Being a Sales at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate sales experts. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!

⭐ Your profile

You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Alan if you:

  • Extensive experience in sales team leadership and coaching senior teams

  • Strong background in sales within demanding environments (complex problems to solve and decisions processes in highly competitive markets), Enterprise sales experience

  • Comfortable operating in fast paced environments and managing uncertainty

  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace (X2, X3) or experience in building sales teams from scratch

  • Experience with and deployment of proven sales methodologies (Value Selling, Challenger Sale, ...)

  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems

  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales Ops, Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.)

  • Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills

  • Strong data skills and desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
