Job description

As People Experience Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting employees across 8 international offices, ensuring our People Experience operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the broader People team, you will manage various administrative tasks in a timely manner while ensuring full compliance with employment laws.

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including global onboarding and offboarding, document preparation (contracts, addendums, probation letters), and new hire integrations.

  • Maintain personnel records and optimize HRIS tools (Lucca) by tracking absences, leaves, and time sheets (specifically for France), while supporting system integrations.

  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration globally, providing monthly payroll data (leaves, schedules), managing French benefits, medical checks, and tools like Swile and Babilou.

  • Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation in France and Spain by interpreting labor laws for daily team management and revising company policies.

  • Liaise with external partners and internal Talent Acquisition to handle visa requests, immigration brokers, and insurance providers.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, while designing, documenting, and improving People Experience processes.

  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects with IT, Legal, and Finance, while providing light workplace administration when needed (Spain office).

What we look for

  • Proven experience in an HR role.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, particularly French and Spanish labor regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize key projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French.

You don't need to tick every box. We strongly encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. If you are excited about this opportunity but your experience is slightly different, we still want to hear from you!
